Ingredients

1 x 170g Yoplait formé Satisfy Passionfruit yoghurt 
1 cup crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 fresh mango or 2 frozen mango cheeks, chopped
4 fresh mint leaves
2 cups ice

Method

Serves 2

1.Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until thick and smooth.

2.Pour into 2 chilled glasses and serve with a thick straw and spoon.

Cook’s Tips
• This recipe makes 2 substantial serves. Try dividing into 4 for smaller serves.
• Serve this refreshing drink in small shot glasses as a pre-dinner mocktail on a hot summer’s day!
