To update your profile log in using your TEN username or email and password. Then click on your username that displays at the top of the page once you have successfully signed in.
 
Clicking on your username will allow you to update your profile. Then click on the item Subscriptions and check The Biggest Loser newsletter box to start subscribing to the newsletter.
