More about Rebekah...
There was no ‘light bulb’ moment when Rebekah first realised she needed help with her weight, it was the overall realisation that she needed to look at new opportunities to have a positive outlook on life. Rebekah wants to quit her bad habits of comfort eating and smoking, she doesn’t want her bad health choices to interfere with her becoming a mother.
Rebekah is confident, outgoing and loves her job as a marketing manager. She wants to travel the world and continue with her passion as a volunteer helping children in third world countries. Rebekah’s mission for 2011 was to make positive changes, if she wasn’t selected for The Biggest Loser she was going to fly to Kenya to meet underprivileged families and help someone else’s life.
Rebekah’s goal in entering The Biggest Loser is to feel good about herself first so she can move on and finally find love and start a family. As the only overweight member of her family, Rebekah battled with weight as a teenager and didn’t feel she was happy on the inside. She is determined to lose the weight and change her life!
Rebekah enters Camp Biggest Loser with passion and dedication. “Vanity is my biggest weakness, worrying about what people think of me.” Rebekah wants to stop hiding her body in baggy clothes and be able to wear shorts again, “I am emotionally strong, I have integrity and I’m not afraid to work hard.”
Her hobbies include travelling and hanging out with friends.
