More About Michelle Bridges...

In today’s weight conscious society where childhood obesity, meal replacements and lap band surgery dominate the social conversation, the uncluttered message delivered by Michelle Bridges comes as a welcome relief.

Michelle mixes her tough love message with a heart warming compassion and understanding. And with her three bestselling books, thousands of online clients with amazing weight loss results and a national commentator on weight issues – it’s no wonder she is one of Australia’s most highly regarded health and fitness experts.

Her bestselling books Crunch Time and Crunch Time Cookbook (now over 80 weeks on best seller lists) was joined by Losing the Last Five Kilos, which debuted as the number one best seller across all genres sending Michelle’s book sales over the 100,000 mark. Not one to slow down, her latest book Five Minutes a Day will soon be joined by another cookbook early in 2012.

Her online 12 Week Body Transformation has stripped over 100,000 kilos off its participants to date! Even Michelle herself has been blown away by the amazing success of this incredible program and the weight loss transformations.

But now her attention is on TV transformations with the new season of The Biggest Loser 2012. She’s all fired up to team up with her fellow trainers to make this season the best yet, and all the early indications are that it will be a gloves off, take no prisoners, runaway success.

My main satisfaction in being a Biggest Loser trainer is:
Seeing people completely transform their lives in the way that they look, feel and most importantly, think.
My proudest moment on The Biggest Loser so far is:
Seeing the contestants doing a marathon, if they can do one anyone can do one.
The qualities I want my team to show this year are:
To be women of their word.
What I'm looking forward to most about this series is:
Watching the contestants get out in the real world. Seeing them transform from being withdrawn and hidden in their homes to getting out and starting to meet people and building their confidence with others.
My favourite healthy snack is:
My Figure protein shake because it is so quick and easy.
The motto I live by is:
If you say you are going to do it. Do it.
The piece of advice I'd give people wanting to start their own weight loss journeys is:
Make a plan and stick to it.
