The Biggest Loser Singles is Michelle Bridges’ sixth year as trainer of the Red Team.

Her best-selling books Crunch Time and Crunch Time Cookbook (now over 80 weeks on best seller lists) were joined by Losing the Last Five Kilos, which sent Michelle’s book sales over the 100,000 mark.

Stripping 100,000 kilos off its participants to date, even Michelle has been blown away by the staggering success of her 12 Week Body Transformation program.

Michelle now turns her full attention back to helping a new team of Biggest Loser hopefuls reclaim their lives.
