I was in complete denial to the fact I had a weight problem. It wasn't until I went overseas and my husband took a photo of me that I realised what I had become. I decided enough was enough and I joined the biggest loser club after losing 23kg by myself and getting to 112.9kg. I knew I could go further and become the person I really wanted to be. The BLC has helped me do just that. I now weigh 75kg and am loving life. I thought I was happy before I started but I was merely existing. Now I am alive and eager to face each day head on with a bang. I go to bed at night knowing that I am a better me and will never know that person I once was. That person died along time ago.
