A community man at heart, Graham’s journey from a humble community man to conquering his demons on top of the Swiss Alps has not been an easy one, but admits it’s been the ride of a lifetime. “I felt so privileged and honoured to be able to travel across the world to Switzerland.” After a shock Elimination saw Graham go home mid ‘Fears Week’, Graham was humbled to have been a part of the whole experience and goes on to say, “even though I was eliminated, I am still proud of what I have achieved.”

“I have learnt to put myself first and love who I am now and be proud of what I have achieved. I love training now.” Although it wasn’t always so easy. Graham reminisces the early days of his Biggest Loser journey and realises how far he has come from his first training session with The Commando when he was thrown off the treadmill.

As the second last member of Commando’s Blacks left in the competition, Graham shared a special bond with Commando. “Commando helped save my life and I class him as a great friend.” Commando saw it as his personal mission not to give up on Graham and to see Graham live out his full potential – and that he has.

Graham’s confidence continues to grow as he approaches his goal weight. During his time in the house, he even developed a crush on country girl Lydia and now knows what he wants in a woman.

Graham sees how much he has changed over the weeks, “I love looking in the mirror now as before I came to Camp Biggest Loser I was too embarrassed to even look at myself.” Having been able to work through his past depression, he is now looking forward to the future and achieveing his goals of finding a lovely lady, getting married, becoming a father and of course, obtaining his credentials with the RFS.

With the Biggest Loser finale in close sight, Graham is excited finally get to finale to take in all his accomplishments. “I can’t wait to catch up with everyone and see how good I look dressed up. I can’t wait.”
