To accompany their new found confidence, the contestants were surprised with a chance to get glamorous as they host the hottest Cocktail party in town at Camp Biggest Loser. They had more on their minds than just getting dolled up and focusing on meeting some potential love interests, they were also asked to cater their get together.
To help them wine and dine their guests, master chef Michael Moore from Summit restaurant was invited to teach the contestants how to prepare some delicious and healthy cocktail canapés. Not only are these appetizing canapés works of Art to admire, they are a scrumptious alternative to calorific party pies and the humble sausage roll.
Michael introduced the contestants to their mouth-watering hors d'oeuvres and the Singles got straight into it. At a mere 52 calories per serving, Alex prepared the Rare Beef Salad, Enoki Mushrooms, Pickled Chilli and Fresh Horseradish. Per serving, Brenda’s 130 calorie Spiced Chickpeas and Lentils with Fetta, Coriander and Herbs dish is a vegetarian delight. Kasey prepared a Tuna Carpaccio with Pepper, Tomato and Avocado on Water Bread with a calorie intake of just 71 calories per serving.
