I just watched the re-run of the first Immunity challenge and from a "viewer's" point of view, I don't see how the judges couldn't have known who cooked which dish because the chef you were up against, with the first two dishes, cooked in his "asian" style. I didn't think it was fair (regardless of whether it tasted better or not) and I think they should go back to each challenger/chef having to cook the same thing, and especially something a chef wouldn't normally cook.
Well done Ben - we "taswegians" are proud of your efforts. Hope you get to go a long way in this competition. Keep up the good work.

Dear Ben,
Firstly, love the sleeve :) You're a great guy, hot too, and it shows in your cooking, in both regards ;) Just remember to think big and step out of your comfort zone every now and then. Make an endchilada or two! I love Mexican food but I think a lot of people do...it's just got everything so how can you not? I love most cuisines and I hope that I get to taste your cooking one day - so jealous of those judges hehe!

My daughter an I watch master chef religiously, tonight we watched the seduction episode. I was compelled to write you a note, I Comend you on following your dreams! I made the same journey a few years back taking the risk lost my job , but forged ahead and recently graduated from the actors conservatory two weeks ago....Huge step especially when I'm a single mum. I know what it feels like to risk everything for your passion! You obviously cook some amazing food, BUT you stay safe with what you know you do well...Mexican, don't get me wrong Mexican is my fave, along side Italian, but you took all the risks to get into the competition, I'd like to see you throw all caution to the wind and test your self on the unknown! I have no doubt you can rise to the challenge, YOU CAN WIN THIS! Just don't hide , you have come this far RISK everything ! Good luck:) we are cheering for you. Give us another spectacular dish and show those girls what your made of!
