Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
8 strawberries
1 cup Yoplait formé vanilla yoghurt
1 cup natural muesli
2 cups Pura Tone milk
2 cups ice
1 tbsp honey

Method

Serves 4

1. Peel bananas and cut into smaller pieces.

2. Wash strawberries and be sure to remove the green head.

3. Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend till smooth.
