On Monday 23 January at 7:00pm the show that changes lives returns, as The Biggest Loser Singles makes its highly anticipated premiere on TEN.

Four nights a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) between 7:00pm - 8:00pm. Coming from all across Australia, our 16 contestants, each have their own story, of pain, loneliness and love lost. But they also have a fierce determination to shed the weight that’s been holding them back and will give their all to reclaim their lives.

Though they’ll be competing as singles, they won’t be fighting their battle alone. Helping them achieve their goals, veteran trainers Shannan Ponton, Michelle Bridges, Tiffiny Hall and The Commando will be offering all the guidance in exercise, nutrition and motivation they’ll need to reach heights they never thought themselves capable of.

The Biggest Loser Singles isn’t just a showdown between individuals; it’s a battle of the ages and sexes. Michelle’s Red Team comprises the over 30s females, Tiffiny's Whites the under 30s. Blue Team trainer Shannan will be pushing the under 30s males to be the best they can be, while The Commando makes it his mission to whip his Black Team of over 30s males into shape.

Our contestants realise they need to love ‘themselves’ first if they ever want to be happy and find love with another. So it’s not just about losing the weight, but also about changing the mind.
