Berry Yoghurt and Coconut Balls

Ingredients

1 x 170g Yoplait formé Satisfy Berry Cheesecake flavoured yoghurt
1/2 cup oatbran
2 tablespoons toasted desiccated coconut
30g sponge finger biscuits, crumbled
1/4 cup dried cranberries or other berries, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (13g) black or white chia seeds

Method

Makes 10

1.Combine oatbran with 1 tablespoon of coconut, biscuits, Yoplait formé Satisfy Berry Cheesecake flavoured yoghurt, cranberries and vanilla until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2.Combine remaining coconut with chia seeds. Roll tablespoonfuls of yoghurt mixture into balls (makes 10) and drop into chia mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

• These Berry Yoghurt and Coconut balls will keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
