Banana and Almond Smoothie

Banana and Almond Smoothie with Sanitarium Almond Milk

Ingredients

1 small ripe banana, sliced
200mL So Good Almond Milk
2 ice cubes
¼ teaspoon honey

Method

1. Combine the banana, almond milk, ice cubes and honey in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

Additional Information
-  Almonds are high in Vitamin E
-  So Good Almond milk is made with almonds and has a third less calories than low fat milk

- The rich creamy taste is perfect for guilt free smoothies or to add flavour to cooking
