I started my lifestyle change in late 2010 as I had many health problems. I had used to train years ago as a skinny teenager to bulk up. I gave up training for 13 years and the kilograms packed on due to poor lifestyle choices and sedentary office work. I started out at 175 kilograms and had my bodyfat measured at 57% when I was 165 kilograms. I had lost my first 45 kilograms in 3 months, 65 kilograms in 6 months and 80 kilograms in 15 months. My weight has now plateaued (again) and now I intend on losing another 15 kilograms and getting my bodyfat down to around 10%. I enjoy training everyday with weights and walking and I don't see it as a chore but my favourite part of my day. I love eating clean, vegetables and lean meats and lots of water during the day and cheat meals on weekends. The best thing of the last 18 months, apart from the health benefits, is that I have no loose skin after all the fat loss.
